check with a meterologist to be sure but in central ohio we often see such things in the sky. the local weatherman tells us that these are called ripples or fish scales which appear whenever rain is coming. It usually rains within three of five days of seeing this if not sooner. I'd also suggest that you google "strange clouds" to see what shows up in canada, for instance. Do you find this valuable?

These ripples are not unusual. Just this past week I have seen the like of that up in the sky. The weather is changing, but not at the determination of Mother Nature.
