I found this on a post from Alien, UFO & Paranormal Casebook and thought it would make for an interesting read here. Myself, I have trouble getting my head around the arrogance of we humans as portrayed in this document. Unless we have some powerful "friends" amongst our visitors, we wouldn't stand a chance enforcing it. If you consider the way the Europeans went about conquering and claiming the rest of the undeveloped world, it doesn't take much stretching of the imagination to see who the new "Europeans" will be. Do you find this valuable?
