Lyme Disease and Morgellons

Im involved in several legal cases that could change the course of the way civil litigation in this country ( USA ) is represented. I have dragged many corporate lawyers through the Supreme Court, and other lawyers who are guilty of malfeasance and negligence towards their clients. As this concerns chemical companies, I am the subject of their wrath and unlawful activities. If I prevail, and I will, this will change tort law. I must relay that after reading this article I became concerned because I was diagnosed with Lyme in March 2008. It is a severe case that is not responding to the usual course of antibiotics and has affected all major organs, my eyesight and hearing. Heres the deal: There was never a tick bite. There was never a rash, there was never any indication at all that a tick was involved in my exposure to Lyme. Here is the concern: Many other people who are taking on the "system" are coming down with "Lyme". The same deadly strain of Lyme that I have. None of these people saw any physical manifestation of a tick bite. Not all live in tick infested areas. I am the last person to adhere to conspiracy theories. Lyme is not "white powder", it cant be traced. Lyme did not exist before 1976. Something to think about. 3 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

The chemical companies can now say ALL health issues from toxic poisoning are due to the Lyme, thus enabling them to prevail at Summary Judgment. This means that they will still be able to sell to the general public, toxic substances that can kill or injure. To effectively stop litigation that concerns this, all they had to do was poison the person ( me ) taking them on. I was not sick until I attended deposition wherein I became severely ill and remain so. They almost got rid of me, I thank my doctor for figuring out what was going on. Even though I had no tick bite, he looked for Lyme. Saved my life. So, that said, I know from investigations what we the people are lawfully exposed to on a daily basis, why there is a so called "obesity epidemic" and why, men are developing breasts. It aint the Cheetohs pal, its the hormone changing chemicals. And, the government is getting paid to pass these toxins through.

I truly believe what you are saying about Lyme disease. When me and my brothers were kids, we were always outside. Constantly going fishing, hunting, playing in the weeds, and let me tell you we sure came home with our share of ticks! Not once did we ever get sick from a tick bite. Now in our adulthood, you hear about it all the time. My older brother actually got it about 3 yrs ago and was terribly ill for weeks. He had extreme headaches, body aches, and an unbelievably high fever. Luckily I have never had it, but I now go to extremes to keep from getting them on me. But then, I don't know which is worse, the ticks themselves, or the chemicals you have to use on your body and treat clothing with to keep them off? It does make me wonder where Lyme came from? Why did ticks all of the sudden start carrying it? Come to think of it, where did SARS come from? Where did Bird Flu come from? Talk about conspiracy theories, it really makes you stop and think, doesn't it?

My Dad told me that as far back as the 50's the gov has been "tapping" phones. listening for keywords. My Dad was a specialist who worked for the phone company and was a radio engineer and electrical engineer. ( explains my weirdness..lol ) My Dad had to go to several military operation centers and he could not go through a room, without them - get this - covering their desks with sheets. Seriously. So now we have Bob Woodward telling us about secret military operations taking out the jihadis - but he cant say what it is - but apparently it is some kind of "secret" weapon. oooOOoo..the invisible one? My point is that the military never stops working on new and better ways to take out the civilian population.

To BlackCat Spirit: Where do you think this disease came from? On reading the definition on wikipedia, one could be drawn to a suggestion that due to it only coming on the scene recently it is the following. The government or a company has by design or accident caused this organism/bacteria to be released into contact with civilians. The evils are out of the box. Why has it only initially occured in the area of Lyme. Why was it never heard of before now? It appears to be biological engineering got out of hand or perhaps a mutation. I understand you are in litigation so there is no reason to reply. These questions are hypothetical. I don't want to get anybody in trouble. Subjudice and all that. Thoughts anybody?

HI BlackCatSpirit,Maybe it is not Lyme Disease. I saw this documentary and I am attching a link to it, it is called the World According to Monsanto----in the event that you cannot link to it, just put that in your address bar and watch the film. Monsanto is an herbacide company that makes Round up. In essence they have genetically modified food crops to be resistant to the Round Up. When this happens it is no longer food. There is a huge contoversy because Monsanto has now pattened seeds and they sue even small farms if their seeds blow over into their farms. Farmesr are in a uproar over it and Germany recenlty rejected Monsanto crops and they are being sued as well. Within the video is a segment about South American peopel and Children developig Morgellens after eating tortillas made from the GM corn products. These are actual fibers that are gong growing out of their bodies and there is no known cure. The big problem is that that they successfully fought and they do not have lable foods as GM--so you do not know what you are getting--it is in everything. Go to your cabinet and look at how many items contain High Fructose Corn Syrup--this is a product made from GM corn. Why does my ketchup, mayonaise, ect... need to have this ingredient? This is why people are fat and men grow breasts. Ther tried to test these GM foods on rats, but they refused to eat any of it. They then fed it to them by IV---they had a 57% mortality rate. I can remember not long ago in the UK that Monsanto were growing GM crops. The government had given them the allclear despite protests from farmers and some scientists. The farmers voiced concerns that once released the GM products were in effect out of the box. The farmers protested and were informed if they damaged the crops they would be done for criminal damage. This didn't stop and there were various stand offs with law enforcement and crops were vandalised, destroyed etc. If they are flexing their muscles with the Germans then they must have some heavy legal muscle . The thing with GM is it is a pandora's box, once it is out that is it. The effects of well meaning ecologists put non native species in an environment is plain to see. Try eradicating a plant species when it gets out of hand. I wonder how many government officials will stand by their decisions when it goes pear shaped. I have got no faith in GM development and definately non in governmental involvement.

Lanceseargent,You should watch the documentary I posted the lonk to, the World according to Monsanto. They already dominate the soy, cannola, and corn crops. They not only sue countries, but little farmers as well. They have pattened the seeds they grow and if the wond carries them over to your property, they get yours as well. The food is untested and is poison. The government officials stand by and do nothing because corporations and their love of money rule the day. Why else would people spend millions of dollars to get into political positions that do not pay more than $175,000 a year? It is because they reap huge financial benefits from lobbyists representing companies, financial entities etc.. that are not their for the interests of the public, but for their own enrichment and the companies benefit by making political contributions. The public either does not get it or does not care--- I am not sure which is worse. However, if we all stopped buying foods that are GM--we can collectively send a message, a financial one which all they would understand anyway. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

I understand they are tapping our internet conversations.They tell us it is for stock market information. That meaning is they punch in the phrase or words they want, the search is on. Like 'assassin bush' or 'sell stocks.' Hey we gotta be careful. what we talk about. And isn't that a shame. But you and I are fearless. But still I don't attach my name to anything.
