I have been a paranormal / cryptid investigator for almost 30 years and the editor of the 'Phantoms and Monsters' blog. I created this 'wiki' so my readers can offer input and personal encounters for discussion. Please feel free to join and become part of this unique community.

Thank you for the invitation. I enjoy your site, I have always been interested in cryptozoology, anything paranormal. I am in Ypsilanti, MI. Hi there. I am new to some of the terminology out there for the paranormal. If you don't mind, can you define what cryptid is? Also, could you define cryptozoology? Hi Sylvia...Cryptozoology is the study of creatures, such as Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster, whose existence has not been substantiated. In cryptozoology, a cryptid is any creature whose existence has been suggested but not proven scientifically. I hope this helps...Lon

Hi...yeah, that's about it. To add a story / experience, start a new page. Click on the catagory and sub-category...then click 'add page' below. A popup to enter the title will appear...enter and save....the click 'edit'...use just like a word processor. The WetPaint 'help' link is also informative....Lon
