The remains of the 855-foot stone wall that gives Fort Mountain its name wind like a snake around the northeast Georgia park, and its very presence begs a question: Who put them there?
And they point to an 1810 letter from John Sevier, the first governor of Tennessee, who said that in 1782 he was told by an Indian chief that the walls were built by white people called the Welsh who lived in the region before the Cherokee.|

But then, most professional archeologists, and other "professional" scientists, give no credence to anything unless they found or said it first!

just a thought...with all the am-indian phenomenon i've experienced...I wonder if i could be a decendent, even if by a fraction of the welsh indians...
i am irish/welsh, and was born in 1971, the year the last full blooded welsh indian passed. i wonder if they dressed like the ones i've encountered...or had as trong connection to bear. etc. it would be amazing to find similarities between this group of people and what i have been shown spiritually. hhmmm. |
