Liquid Sky1?Liquid Sky2?Liquid Sky3?Liquid Sky4?

These photos I took in central Wisconsin in August 2008. I've seen other people with photos of similar ripples elsewhere in the world also. There were many witnesses, as every single person was stopping to look at the sky this evening. The ripples stretched the entire length and width of the sky and remained for about an hour or so. Now, I grew up in Montana, next to Malmstrom Air Force Base, and lived there the vast majority of my life. I have NEVER seen anything like this before. And I've seen every craft fly that our beloved government has had the imagination to create. There is no plane capable of making such waves in the clouds. There is also no aircraft capable of leaving a wake that spans the entire sky in this manner. Whatever the cause, this was a unique sight to behold. It left everyone with chills down our spines. Naturally the term "ufo" came from nearly everyone's lips on many occassions, though there was never a craft of any kind seen.

I'd also like to note that the ripples spanned both clouded areas and clear areas, so they were not an illusion created by an alteration in wind that began splitting up the clouds (as one suggestion has been). Additionally, the photos are accurately dated automatically by my camera, and anyone can research to find that there was absolutely no wind or even a notable breeze that day. Furthermore, I took many photos that span from one horizon to the other, running North to South. These posted were all taken facing a North or Northwestern direction, depending on the photo (for better light in the pictures). I have yet to hear a viable explanation for this, or even a theory that holds any weight. If you have one, please let me know. I'm dying to hear it.

Omega7154 Haarp...maybe...or maybe a glitch! 0 Nov 3 2009, 11:55 PM EST by Omega7154

I have seen something similar, but not in the clouds. The HAARP project is in my opinion a definite cause of Katrina and the 2004 Tsunami, but in this instance I will debate it. I have seen these waves on two occassions and for both I was indoors! During a moment of clarity, while in conversation with my hubby I saw the ripples move through my office. In the second instance it was in my kitchen. I highly doubt it was the HAARP because it appeared to be a distortion in time and space. I have come to refer to them as the "matrix glitch," pardon my theft of conceptualism, but it is the only thing I could think of to describe it. I hope this helps add some insight to something. I'm just curious if anyone else has seen them indoors? Perhaps they have something to do with "M Theory."

Daw'lin HAARP; Ripples in the Sky 1 Oct 16 2009, 8:37 PM EDT by CiCi82310

Lon has recently posted a report about a Tesla-inspired (perhaps) system for weather control called HAARP. For me, and everyone else who has posted at P&M comments about conspiracies and irregularities, and especially those of us who survived/witnessed 9/11 and the Katrina floods of 2005, one comment is particularly unnerving:
<
In a quote from a 2001 FEMA report, it is stated that the the three worst things that could happen on United States soil are: 1. Bombing attacks in New York City, 2. a direct hit by a hurricane on New Orleans, and 3. an earthquake that wipes out much of San Francisco. Well, two are down, and there is one to go.
<
The report published by Lon also says that similar HAARP arrays are being built elsewhere around the world. The question asked was, "Why if the arrays of these devices can control the weather, why can't they be used to do something about global warming?"
<
I lost elderly loved ones in the floods. I had to leave behind their bodies so I could make my break for survival -- or I would have died of hypothermia as they did. I have no doubt that in the same sense that people in the 9/11 towers were murdered by an inside plot from the U. S. government, so were my loved ones and nearly 1,600 others murdered in exactly the same sense -- if not in the same way. (Read any book you choose by Jim Marrs; he may become a little overwrought sometimes, but he tells the truth.)
<
Am I angry? Certainly. Bunkie and I did spend some time together in the same shelters and trailer park as evacuees in 2005. We do keep in contact from time to time, but she lives there, and I live somewhere else. She is angry, too. VERY angry.

check with a meterologist to be sure but in central ohio we often see such things in the sky. the local weatherman tells us that these are called ripples or fish scales which appear whenever rain is coming. It usually rains within three of five days of seeing this if not sooner. I'd also suggest that you google "strange clouds" to see what shows up in canada, for instance.
