Hi Sylvia! I have had real dreams of past lives. I call them dreams because I was not hypnotized in order to recall them. I was covered in a lava flow on some tropical island, I was a temple priestess in Iran when Alexander raided and I threw myself into a pool of boiling oil, I was a battered wife of a prominent businessman with a wicked mother-in-law in Annapolis mid 1800's, I came from another planet millions of years ago as a Geologist with my siste,r who is my oldest daughter in this experience, and other lives I recalled vaguely. There is no death. I have had many OOB's, which convinced me that we are spiritual first and always having human or other conscious experiences. Some people have said that they were animals in previous lives. Not sure about that. I love animals but . . .
What really bothers me the most is, what is the point of reincarnation? Why do we need to learn and experience lives again and again to "reach perfection" as most religions teach? We are for what ever reasons and exist continually in what I believe is a Divine or Universal Consciousness. I just don't get the do, suffer, be happy, learn, do, suffer roller coaster ride that everyone just agrees on. Some major chunks missing in the whole picture. From where does all the unexplained stuff come and go? Like UFO's, Big Foot, Demons and Angels, ect.? What we don't know is a lot more than that which we know. That is what I think.
