BunkieLA Vatican on Darwinism 1 Oct 27 2009, 5:48 AM EDT by gabbas

The Vatican says that Darwinism is compatible with Biblical teachings on The Creation. Does this now mean that Darwinism and "intelligent design" are on the same footing? Does this mean that since a church approves Darwinism and "intlligent design", neither can be taught in the public schools in this Country?

Im a Christain by personal preferance, i belive in my savor and of a higher power, i also belive in ghosts- demons-and several other unexplained thing of this world. I believe that it is a place for some chosen persons to use what ever means that come there way to work on defeating demons or putting to rest ghosts. If you have a good strong belief -then use it to your best ability. We all need to keep an open mine to other way and if your way dont work let someone else try. that is working together to the comon cause.

Mohunter Cheeesy UFO Videos (page: 1 2 3) 43 May 20 2009, 2:24 AM EDT by stormwalkernz

Is it just me, or does anyone else agree? I'm sooo tired of looking at "genuine" UFO videos that start out with the film maker's name, then it's set to music for God's sake! If that doesn't scream FAKE!!! Then I'll eat my bullets! Just show us the freakin' footage without all the Hollywood showmanship and let everyone judge for themselves whether or not it is real. What do these idiots think? Maybe if I add some "Flair" to it, like music, and put my name on it, then I will get recognized and someone wil ask me to make the next Close Encounters movie? Yeah, like that's going to happen. Here's my official 2 cents. If you have the ability to add music, add text, and any other korny crap to your video, then what else did you do to it? It's not original. It has been edited. Which means that no one is going to take you seriously. Another thing. Why do people keep filming stars in the sky that "twinkle" and call them UFO's? THEY are STARS! They are supposed to twinkle and flash! That's what stars do. Get used to it!
If I ran outside and filmed everything that flashed and twinkled, I'd have a truckload of useless tapes of stars, planes, jets, helicopters, cell phone towers, and space debris re-entering the atmosphere. I have seen a real UFO, up close and personal, and it didn't look anything like what I'm seeing splattered all across the internet these days. Show me some good quality, clean footage of something tangible. Not shaky, out of focus, grainy, video that looks like a monkey was holding the camera. Then, when you do have something good, leave out the special effects, music, and credits at the before and end. Save that for your kid's 3rd birthday party video!
