A few days ago as my husband and I were traveling the road that goes to Baltimore, Ohio and after just passing Forest Rose Cemetery, we saw a strange site. At first it was a black swoosh right in mid- air ahead of us to the left that was moving towards the road. I looked for the source of this strangeness but could find no explanation for it. It was a sunny day with no clouds and no precip. As this sight moved towards the roadway in front of us it formed a horse with a rider going at breakneck speed. The horse and rider had depth and substance to them although they were see-thru. We could both see the muscling of the horse, the coat on the person flapping in the wind, his or her pony tail and a tri-corn hat on their head. The horse's tail was straight out in back of it as well as it should be if it were racing along. As it neared the other side of the roadway it began to fade out until it was at last gone within a few steps off that side of the road. This image was a dark grey color but no other colors. It ran right in front of the van ahead of us that then turned to the right, right where the horse and rider came across the road. They evidently didn't see it.
