In 1966, as I still only had a learner's permit to drive, Mother accompanied me when I went to inquire about taking the degreed teacher training course at a local university. We went into the old house where the department had its offices. All the while we were talking to the department head, I kept getting negative vibes, as if we should not be there, that someone disapproved. (I am not making this up.) When we finally left, we went out a back doorway onto a small porch that had rickety steps going down to the parking lot behind the building.

Mother started down the steps in front of me. I sort of held back so she could grab onto the equally rickety railing. Then, in a split second, it happened. Mother was two steps down below me. I went to step out to follow behind her. The slightest hint of a "wraith-like" shadowy figure darted between us. I am certain this "being" pushed Mother -- I am sure she did not trip on my feet -- so that she fell forward and slid down the steps, face down, face first. (Her face was one big bruise for days.)

It is just like with criminal gangs. They will send messages to other people, meaning threats, by attacking someone near and dear to those people -- not the people themselves. I think this "wraith" was sending me a message that it could do much worse to Mother or Dad or me than it did that afternoon.

As of earlier this year, the presences have been recalled by whoever sent them to bedevil me to begin with. Their supervisor has cleared my house of them, and "himself" as well. Unfortunately, this will not be the end of it, as "Visions of Murder, 1954" still has to be fulfilled.
