I joined Phantoms and Monsters because: I was invited by Lon (Denmaster). But I found this website prior to the invitation and had included the widget on my other blog websites. I also subscribed to receive E-mails for current paranormal news.  The best word to describe me is: Fascinated!! I have felt spirits' presences though. I love Sylvia Browne and believe strongly in the afterlife and the spirit realm. I also would love to know how many past lives I have had and the specific lives I lived and where, etc. Lastly, I believe in totem animals that exist with us in order to protect us. Each individual has his/her own unique animal, and during a meditation once I received a message that my totem animal is a giraffe. Ever since then I have had a big fascination with giraffes!!  Favorite movies: My favorite movies are action and thriller, but I also like comedy. When a good disney movie comes out I enjoy seeing those with my now "teen" daughters. Anything that makes me laugh or keeps me rivited to the plot or screen is worth seeing. I rent more than going to the theatres, but there are just some movies you have to see on the "big screen". Favorite TV shows: I can't get enough television!! I am trying to pull mysef away a little more and try to do other things I should be doing, but there are so many shows to watch these days!! I love reality shows, and because I have teens, they like to see the same things. We watch: 24, Prison Break, American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance, Wipeout, Shear Genius, Project Runway, etc. And then there are the shows like Paranormal State, "Lisa Williams: Life Among the Dead", Ghost Hunters, Ghost Hunters International, A Haunting, Haunted, Ghost Whisperer, Medium, American Psychic Challenge, Scariest Places on Earth, etc. Too many great shows that I can't keep track of when they all air and can't see every episode. My hero(es):  Any person/animal that suffers/dies at the mercy of evil wrongdoing. My totem animal is also a Giraffe, and it protects me from all evil. It is my true hero. My superpower is: God is my rock, and my family comes in second. I also want to have psychic abilities so that I can comfort and assist those who need closure in this lifetime. If I could visit anywhere, it would be: -Ireland (because of the fairies) -Greece (because of the architecture) -Anywhere else where there is a paranormal connection.  My dream job(s): Paranormal Investigator, Medium like Lisa Williams or Chip Koffee, Photographer What else you should know about me: Hi! I am happily married to my husband of 19 years! I also have two daughters, ages fifteen and twelve. I live in Orange Park, FL near Jacksonville. I was born and raised in Elkhart, IN. We have 4 pets -- 2 dogs and 2 cats. Our dogs are Pembroke Welsh Corgis, and our cats are orange Tabbies. I am thankful to live near the oldest city in the US, St. Augustine, FL. There is a lot of history there, as well as lots of stories of paranormal activity. I have always wanted to see the lighthouse, and one of these days I will. I would like to hear the stories others have experienced with the spirit realm. I don't have any "WOW" stories to share myself, yet I have always been fascinated by it and am a true believer that life exists after death. There is too much evidence out there to think otherwise. I wish I could say I have a gift or talent for the sixth sense, but I do not.
